Productized · $2,500 flat · 2-week scope

In 2 weeks, we map every revenue-leaking bottleneck in your ops —
and hand you the 90-day fix plan.

You know something is broken. Deals slip through the cracks. Orders move slower than they should. Your team is doing work that a system should do. We go in, find the five to ten most expensive places your ops are costing you money, and give you an exact plan to fix them.

$2,500 flat · fully credited toward a follow-on build

What we do during the engagement

01
Kickoff — founder interview
We start with you. One session, 60–90 minutes, covering where revenue is leaking, what your team spends the most time on, and what you've already tried. We want the unfiltered version — not the deck you show investors.
02
Systems review — your stack, your process
We review your current tools, workflows, and integrations. Where does data get manually entered? Where does a human make a decision that could be automated? We look at the actual work, not the org chart version of it.
03
Ops lead interviews
Up to two additional sessions with the people doing the work. Ops managers, finance leads, whoever owns the broken thing. They know where the bodies are buried — we find out.
04
Bottleneck map
We identify the five to ten most expensive bottlenecks in your ops — scored by people-hours wasted, error rate, and revenue impact. Not a generic list of "best practices." Your specific problems, ranked by what costs you the most.
05
90-day roadmap
For each bottleneck: a specific recommendation — build, configure, process change, or hire. Sequenced by impact and feasibility. This is an execution plan, not a research report.
06
Written deliverable + readout call
You get the full written findings and the roadmap before the call. The 60-minute readout is for walking through the recommendations, answering questions, and deciding what to build first.

Concrete deliverables. Not vibes.

Bottleneck map
Every major ops gap documented — what it is, what it costs you in time and money, and how it's affecting revenue.
90-day fix plan
Prioritized recommendations: software build, third-party tool, process change, or hire. No filler. Ordered by impact-to-effort ratio.
Build vs. buy vs. hire verdict
For every recommendation, we tell you which path makes sense given your scale, team, and budget. No ambiguity.
60-minute readout call
Live walkthrough of every finding. Q&A with the engineer who did the analysis. You leave knowing exactly what to do next.

Who this is for — and who it's not

Good fit
  • Founder-led companies between $5M and $50M in revenue
  • You feel like your ops can't keep up with your growth
  • You're duct-taping tools together and know it
  • Revenue or fulfillment is slipping through cracks you can't fully explain
  • You want a plan before you start hiring or building
Not a fit
  • Pre-revenue or early-stage — you need product-market fit first
  • Large enterprise with established IT and ops functions
  • You want a generic software audit, not ops-specific work
  • You're looking for a vendor to sell you a product
Ops Audit — fixed scope

  • 2-week fixed scope — no scope creep
  • Up to 3 interview sessions included
  • Written deliverable + 60-minute readout
  • Payment is due up front — work starts within one business day of receipt
  • Credit toward follow-on build if you move forward within 30 days

Common questions

How long does it actually take?
Two weeks from kickoff to readout call. If we need more time because of scheduling, we'll let you know — but the scope of the work is fixed. You're not on the hook for an open-ended engagement.
What do you need from us?
Access to one or two hours of your time at the start, and the same from your ops lead. A look at your current tool stack (names and rough workflows — no need to hand over credentials). That's the baseline. If we need anything else, we'll ask.
What happens after the readout call?
You get the written findings and roadmap to keep. If you want to move forward on the build, we credit the $2,500 toward the engagement and scope the work. If you don't, you still have the plan — you can take it anywhere.
Do you work with companies outside tech?
Yes. We've worked with retail, logistics, fintech, and services businesses. The ops problems are different; the analytical approach is the same. If your revenue depends on operational throughput, we can find where it's leaking.
Why $2,500 and not more?
It's a buy-before-you-hire model. We'd rather you see the quality of the work at low cost and then choose to build with us than pitch you a $50K engagement you can't evaluate. The credit structure means there's no dead money if you move forward.
Is there a refund policy?
If we don't start work within three business days of payment, full refund — no questions. Once the engagement is underway, the payment is non-refundable. We stand behind the quality of the work; if you're unhappy with the deliverable, email us and we'll make it right.

$2,500 to know exactly what's broken
and how to fix it.

Two weeks. A plan you can act on. Fully credited toward a build if you move forward. The only thing it costs you is not knowing.
